	Selva Negra has been responsible for several large domestic and international business conferences. Peace Corps, CARE, Pro Salud and embassies events are among some of them. Coordinating business conferences is a big task for any establishment. At Selva Negra we take our experience into every event we host. We have two conferences, Salon Blanco and Salon Bavaria, accommodating between 100 and 400 persons, conference style and sit down dinner style, respectively. Our latest addition are our renovated Meeting Rooms, Coffee Meeting Room and Youth Meeting Room accommodate between 35-50 people. For meetings and conferences we organnize the conference halls. The following is available, table for speakers, built in screen for presentation, rows of chairs, tables along the entrance for layout of brochures and a table with pitchers of juice and water. Coffee service is also available. We can provide you with a microphone, AV unit and extension cords upon request. We do not provide the slide projector or any computer equipment, please contact us in advance of any accessories or special set up that you may require. Conferences For conferences we set up either of the conference halls, Salon Blanco or Salon Bavaria, with rows of chairs facing a built in screen and an area set up for the speaker. The conference halls can be decorated as necessary for the event. The outdoor terraces can be set up for lunch breaks during the business meetings, or a buffet can be available at the restaurant during breaks. Meetings For small groups, the Meeting Rooms Coffee Meeting Room and Youth Meeting Rooms are simple meeting rooms with bare essentials. It is one Selva Negra's most recent renovation. With the high demand of meeting rooms, Selva Negra has renovated a few rooms to meet this particular need. We are hoping that our guests will get a lot of use from them, we are excited about its future.
