Before the recent SCAA conference in Atlanta there was a Re:Co symposium attended by innovators of the coffee industry. At this symposium, Kim Elena Ionescu, SCAA Director of Sustainability, gave a presentation titled Farm Workers: Is Labor the Next Crisis for Coffee?
