Sustainable Processes - Vegetables

For the purpose of the workers food and the restaurant we made a vegetable garden, here we cultivate most of the things needed at both places. (carrots, lettuce, cabagge, beets, broccoli, coliflower, egg-plant, onions, spices, etc.) When production is excessive, we either sell it on the local market or use it as part of the food for the pigs.

Anything that goes bad, we use it for composting. Here we don't use any kind of chemical. We use a lot of insect repellent plants and do diversified technics of harvesting, such as double digging, squeare meter lots, greenhouse gardening, and others.
